I always knew I wanted to work with my hands and create. Even as a young girl, scissors, colored cardboard, craft supplies and books littered my bedroom floor. Tools and materials have since changed, and after studying fashion design and leather goods, I decided to go into business for myself in 2009. I started out under my own name with an all-leather collection. But I missed mixing different textures.
So I created Rouge Cerise in 2014, a line of accessories where different materials and techniques meet.Hoping to share my passion with you!

First there is the name. Rouge Cerise expresses my creativity and my personality. The color red has always been my favorite. It was therefore only natural to make it the name that would represent my creations.
Then there are the accessories, their design and manufacturing. I am inspired by what I love, fashion, music, nature and the woman herself to design them. The sketch pages then give way to prototypes. Then comes production. All in my Montreal workshop.
Over the years, my personal values have been integrated into my business model. Slow fashion, literally ''slow fashion'', has emerged naturally. The quality of accessories is a priority for me. Each material and each piece of jewelry is chosen with care. Nothing is left to chance. The knowledge learned in both fashion and leather goods allows me to combine appropriate assembly techniques to offer a quality accessory.
